I recently gave a talk on Path to Continuous Delivery with Cypress and Azure DevOps and you can find the slides and links to resources from the talk below. You can also watch the recording of the talk (below 👇👇).
In this talk, I talked about how I used Cypress to reduce delivery time from weeks to just under 30 minutes by automating our regression pack for a software with non-traditional and controlled development environment, and what challenges I’ve faced and how I overcame these challenges.
I’ve also shared how I used Azure DevOps, especially it’s pipeline (as code) service to achieve continuous testing that helped us move a step closer to continuous delivery.

There are a lot of terms around continuous delivery arena say continuous integration, continuous delivery, continuous deployment, etc. so I just want to briefly highlight the key difference between Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment.
Any organization aiming to be successful at CD should have some checks in place for the commonly faced problems below, having said that one doesn’t need to have high marks against each of the problems but one should feel good enough about the checks placed against the problems.
